Refunds & Returns Policy  

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused — for perfumes, this means the seal on the box has not been broken and the plastic wrapping is still intact. Items must also be in their original packaging, with all labels and outer packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

How to start a return  
To start a return, contact us at shoptalia7@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].  
We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
- Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.  

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original item following the above steps, then make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
